The mattress felt like sleeping on a brick, leading to sore hips and backs the next day. definitely not for the faint of heart. The nightstands are too short for the height of the bed, causing awkward moments when reaching for belongings. The furniture arrangement is a bit of a mishmash, with an unstable desk chair that nearly toppled over. The shower water didn’t quite get hot enough, and the heater seemed ineffective in keeping the room warm. A flashing smoke detector was an unexpected distraction, even if it didn't make a sound.

cheerful welcome

Recommended for motorcycle riders

We were out for a motorcycle ride and this little motel was just perfect. The cheerful welcome from Mary as we arrived really set the mood for our stay and the room was surprisingly spacious and newly remodeled.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for the quality we got.
